CooperVision International has filed a patent for a contact lens blister packaging concept that incorporates a separate additive reservoir, allowing two fluids to remain apart during storage before being mixed within the pack.
Featured in ThePackHub’s Patent Zone, the patent describes a two-part packaging system comprising a standard blister containing a contact lens in solution and a separate container holding an additional fluid. The design is intended to enable the fluids to be combined at a later stage while maintaining separation beforehand.

Separating Fluids During Storage
